Someone told me, you are thinking start with football, the team have 11 people, for this game you have to bring shorts, t-shirs, special shoes (spites) and shin guard, you have to do goals , to the other team, the team that do more score win, a people said what is infraction, and what no, this person have a special, equipment of football, other color, (uniform). When you do a infraction, the refry, can give you a yellow card or red card, that was advertences, or expulsion, you can t touch the ball with the hands, only the porter, of the team, is only one. That are the basics rules. You now what bring the next week. We can , meet in, the field, of the ben scare.

I m writing to tell you ,that you have to do a diet , that contains , minerals, fibre, vitamins, etc.

You have to eat salad, and fruits sometimes, fish and proteins , like , meat, oranges, bananas, apples, carbohidrats , etc. This is important because your body needs the sufficient energy to be healthy, for you and for your family, I have hope that you can do it for that I invite you to start the diet next week with me . Let s have lunch, together, because  

On Monday you have to eat a sandwich,.

 Next ,on tuesday you can eat like a soup with vegetables and a lot of good things.

 Wednesday you have to eat a salad with peppers and some chicken. 

Thursday , this day you can eat a delicious  pizza .

Friday, an omelette , with potato, tomato and then some vegetables.
