Healthy Lunch Ideas

Dear Sam



I m writing to tell you ,that you have to do a diet , that contains , minerals, fibre, vitamins, etc.
You have to eat salad, and fruits sometimes, fish and proteins , like , meat, oranges, bananas, apples, carbohidrats , etc. This is important because your body needs the sufficient energy to be healthy, for you and for your family, I have hope that you can do it for that I invite you to start the diet next week with me . Let s have lunch, together, because  
On Monday you have to eat a sandwich,.
 Next ,on tuesday you can eat like a soup with vegetables and a lot of good things.
 Wednesday you have to eat a salad with peppers and some chicken. 
Thursday , this day you can eat a delicious  pizza .
Friday, an omelette , with potato, tomato and then some vegetables.
